The newest committee of the Riverside Youth Council has linked up with the Press Enterprise to bring a youth perspective to our local newspaper.

Current projects:

The goals of the Press Enterprise Journalism Project Committee are to reveal today’s high school student life to adults and incorporate this using the Press Enterprise Website. In the Riverside Unified School District, the success and recognition of each school will be posted by means of videos and word posts on the P.E. Website. The Committee will also compose articles for the TeenPage of the Press Enterprise Newspaper to unearth lesser known facts about the modern young adult's life. To obtain information in school, students will be asked to answer questions on tape or simply on paper for the website blogs. Each Youth Council member’s school will be adequately represented to assure a wide variety of statistics and details for all Riverside citizens viewing.
