Public Access Production Program - "Teen Scene Riverside "

On Thursday, November 9th 2006, Riverside Youth Council's first televison program, Teen Scene Riverside, debuted on the Public Access Channel. Hosts, Eric Gonzalez and Sushanna Ullah, shared with the public the ins and outs of getting into the college of his or her choice. An audience of interested teens partook in a question and answer scession with Connie Decker, a former North High School guidance counselor, who currently helps college bound seniors get into the school that best fits them. Mrs. Decker explained the importance of the SAT, the ways to decide what college is right for a given individual, and the points to highlight in a college resume. Teen Scene Riverside urges any teen performers, writers, artists, or musicians to contact the box office at 826-5686, so they can be discovered and broadcasted on the television.
